For 42 years, Borgo has been built around one thing: crafting upholstery solutions.

What began with three lifelong friends, a passion for Italian design, and a belief in true craftsmanship has grown into a North American seating company known for flexibility, creativity, and the ability to solve what others can’t.

Our roots are in upholstery, and that remains our strength today. From lounge and multi-purpose seating to fixed seating and custom applications, we bring design, engineering, and hands-on craftsmanship together under one roof.

We don’t believe every project should be forced into a standard product. Sometimes the right answer is a modification. Sometimes it’s a custom solution. Sometimes it starts with a sketch, an idea, or simply:

“Can Borgo do this?”

After 42 years, our answer is still often yes.
